Logistics description

There are two types of shipping. One is to send by logistics (such as ZTO, Anner, etc. for door-to-door delivery or by dedicated line logistics, you need to pick up the goods at the freight station yourself), and the other is to send by express. The system shows the express fee, and by default, Yunda Express is sent. Don't be intimidated by the large quantity of express delivery fees. If you need to modify it, please contact customer service for modification. The item is quite heavy, so it will be more expensive to send it by express delivery. Regarding logistics: Logistics services that require self-pickup at the freight station are more cost-effective. For small order quantities, it is recommended to send by express delivery. If you have a specific logistics provider, please contact the customer service through Wangwang and make a note. If you do not have a specific logistics provider, we will arrange a direct dedicated line logistics for you. (We will try our best to choose the nearest delivery point to you, but we cannot guarantee that it will be the nearest pick-up point. The national logistics market is so large, please understand.) Due to the low cost of dedicated line logistics, no tracking records can be found online. Generally, the goods can arrive within 3 to 7 days after dispatch (about 12 days in remote areas). Due to the non-standard charges of various logistics companies, our experience in logistics-related matters is only for reference and we do not take responsibility for any "accidents" arising from logistics-related issues!

Wholesale instructions

We support 15-day exchange, with the buyer covering the shipping cost. The exchanged products must be the same as those at the time of dispatch, with complete packaging and accessories, and must not affect secondary sales.

2. Regarding quality issues: Handicrafts are made by hand and cannot be perfect. Minor flaws do not count as quality problems. Quality issues only address functional deficiencies and the overall incompleteness of the product. The payment for the problem products can be refunded or made up.

3. The buyer should open the package in front of the Courier. If the outer packaging or the goods are found to be damaged or missing, the buyer should be contacted promptly and the package refused. If the package is not inspected, the buyer will not be responsible for any damage to the product later. As a protective product, the color box is bound to have problems such as wrinkles at the corners during transportation. If the buyer is particularly concerned about the color box, please be cautious when purchasing. Or contact the seller

4. If individual buyers are unable to inspect the goods in person as couriers, and if any damage to the goods is found later, please take photos within 15 days to confirm the quantity of damage and so on. If the cumulative weight exceeds 20 kilograms, a regular dedicated line logistics will be sent to return the goods (within no more than 6 months)
