For those without a specific logistics service, we will arrange a suitable one, but we cannot guarantee that the pick-up point will be the closest to you. We can only tell you the approximate price of the logistics fee. The specific charge will be determined according to the local logistics charging situation in your area. Additional transfer fees are required for remote areas that need to be transferred. This price is not that of Deppon, Jiaji, Huayu and other logistics companies.

We have sorting and packaging personnel who will sort the goods as quickly as possible and pack them properly for the buyers. However, our shipment volume is increasing day by day. Solutions to out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the buyer, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If the buyer cannot be reached, the default principle is to ship as much as possible according to the order. The remaining payment for goods will be fully refunded to the buyer.

【 Return and Exchange Policy 】
We look forward to long-term cooperation with every customer. So any damage or loss of goods is not what we would like to see. Although we have packed your goods well, during transportation, especially for long-distance transportation of several thousand kilometers, some problems may occur sometimes. For those that the customer does not like or are not suitable for return or exchange, the customer needs to request a return or exchange from our company within 24 hours after receiving the goods (calculated based on the logistics signature time), and the products will be returned within 48 hours. Moreover, if the buyer bears the shipping cost themselves, and it is a quality issue, after taking photos for confirmation, the buyer will first pay the shipping cost and return the product. After our company's customer service checks whether it is a human error or a quality issue, we will then coordinate the shipping cost with the buyer.
At present, we only offer full refunds or exchanges to buyers for functional deficiencies caused by quality issues of the goods after receiving their returns.
