Purchase Instructions

1. Regarding the product

Under normal circumstances, the products sold in our store are in stock and will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order. The delivery time of custom-made products is subject to the communication time with customer service. Due to the large supply volume, it is quite normal for our store to experience out-of-stock situations. If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. All out-of-stock products will be refunded.

2. Regarding Quality

Before shipment, there will be a dedicated department to sort and pack the goods. There should be no quality issues, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the product does have inherent defects, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package for handling. We will definitely solve the problem for you properly. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Please sign for and inspect the package in front of the Courier. If there is any problem, please refuse to accept it or contact us in time for handling. If the package is not inspected in front of the Courier, our store reserves the right to refuse compensation.

3. Size issues

All manual measurements have deviations. Since everyone's measurement methods are different, it is normal for there to be errors. The actual received items should be taken as the main reference. If you later blame the seller on the grounds that the recommended size was incorrect, we are sorry to say that we will not accept returns on this basis.

4. Regarding color difference

Color difference is an inevitable problem for any online merchant. There are many reasons for color difference, such as different cameras, different monitors, different lighting and environments. Color difference is everywhere. After all, machines are not human eyes. We will do our best to reduce mistakes and color difference in photos. Color difference must not be used as a reason for negative reviews or returns and exchanges. If you are particularly concerned about the color of the product, please consider carefully before purchasing.

5. Regarding the issue of returning goods

Please communicate with customer service before returning your goods and explain the detailed situation so that we can track your return and handle it in a timely manner.

(2) The problem products must be kept in their original packaging.

(3) For damaged goods or products with inherent quality defects during transportation, you must raise the issue within 24 hours after receiving the goods and contact our customer service for registration. Failure to do so within the specified time will be regarded as the goods being in good condition and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

(4) The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, or the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete, which affects the secondary transaction. Customized and engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

(5) For products offered by our store with free shipping, if returns or exchanges are required due to non-quality issues, the free shipping fee and the self-paid return shipping fee will be deducted.

(6) All returns must be sent by regular express delivery. We do not accept SF Express with cash on delivery.

(7) If the express delivery refuses to accept the item, the round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer.

6. Regarding after-sales issues

If there are any quality issues within 48 hours from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will handle the return or exchange for you as soon as possible. Failure to do so within the specified time will be regarded as an assumption that the product has no quality problems and will no longer be accepted. Buyers are not allowed to return or exchange goods merely due to subjective factors such as personal disliking, a significant difference from the picture, dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction or the goods not being as good as expected.
