Regarding pre-sale issues
When your item is relatively light, it is recommended that you send it by express delivery. When placing an auction, the shipping fee system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on the weight of the product being auctioned. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions, the goods usually arrive within 2 to 3 days, while in other provinces, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 days. Our factory defaults to Yunda for express delivery. For areas not covered by Yunda, we use postal small packages. Customers who need to use small packages are requested to contact our online customer service promptly after placing an order to confirm, so as to avoid unnecessary problems in the future.
When you have a large quantity of products and they are heavy, it is recommended that you send them by logistics. Yiwu logistics covers almost the whole country. You can log in www.1556.net to check if they arrive in your city. The direct logistics freight to the city is about 10 to 25 yuan per item, and it can arrive within 2 to 3 days after shipment. The freight for cities requiring transshipment is around 25 to 35 yuan per item, and the goods can arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipment. The logistics freight charges are for reference only. The specific charges shall be subject to the standards of each consignment department.
If you have a specific logistics service, please specify the logistics address and contact number in the remarks. If not, we will randomly ship the goods and try to send them to the nearest shipping station to you. For customers who have difficulty picking up their goods or live in the urban area, it is recommended to choose Jiaji or Deppon Logistics as their unloading points are distributed in the urban area. They can also deliver goods to your door, but the door-to-door fee is charged separately.
If any quality issues are found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. The problem products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly stick or write on the original factory outer box of the product). For returns of more than five kilograms accumulated, the shipping cost for the returns will be borne by our company. Please return 5 to 10 kilograms by regular logistics. The shipping cost will be covered by our company. We do not accept expensive logistics services from Deppon, Jiaji or Tiandi Huayu. 4. For the situation where goods not sold by our company are sent to us, we reserve the right not to handle all returns and exchanges this time, and the freight will be borne by the customer, with the goods directly returned to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: A. The returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete; B Repairs or modifies without authorization; C was not used or stored in the normal way; D color and color are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
