Return and Exchange Instructions
Our store supports 7-day no-reason return and exchange. If you find any quality issues with the item within the warranty period after signing for it, please contact us promptly. Applications received after this period will not be accepted! If the wrong or missing items are sent or the products are defective due to the negligence of our store, we will bear the return shipping cost. For non-quality issues (including: loose threads on the item, uneven wiring in some areas or personal reasons causing dislike, etc.), the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost by themselves.

Special Notice: Returns and exchanges can only be applied for when the goods have not been washed, there are no man-made defects, and the tags are intact, which do not affect secondary sales!

All the products in our store are sold at a low profit margin but in large quantities. We cannot afford the cash on delivery of shipping fees. In case of returns or exchanges due to quality issues or our reasons, please pay the shipping fee for the return first. We will refund the shipping fee you paid after we receive the goods.

Receipt instructions
When you receive the item, please open the package in front of the Courier and make the following checks: whether the item is intact, whether the quantity of the item is correct, etc. Make sure there are no errors before signing for the package to avoid discovering any quality issues such as missing items, damaged items, or stains after signing for it.

Regarding shipment

All products in our store are in stock. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day. By default, they will be randomly sent to YTO or Shentong (if you need to specify one of the Courier services, please leave a message to note it; for other Courier services, please contact customer service for communication). Large orders can be sent to Deppon or Xinfeng Logistics. The shipment will be completed within 48 hours at the latest (except for those with agreed delivery dates).
