Product Name :YB Type Oil Separator

The oil separator has the ability to separate oil from the refrigerant gas mixture, thereby promoting the effective operation of the refrigeration and air conditioning system and saving energy. Its function is that the mixture of refrigerant and oil from the compressor enters the inlet of the oil separator. This mixture flows through a filter and baffle device, causing the fine oil particles to aggregate and fall to the bottom of the oil separator, while the refrigerant gas passes through the outlet. The filter separates the residual oil particles and they enter the condenser in an "oil-free" state.

The refrigerant oil accumulates at the bottom of the oil separator. At this point, a needle valve operated by a float ball opens, allowing the oil to return to the compressor. As the pressure in the oil separator is higher than that in the crankcase, the oil quickly returns to the compressor. When the oil level drops, the needle valve will close to prevent the refrigerant gas from returning to the compressor. The oil separator system is installed in the multiple compressor brackets of supermarket refrigeration and air conditioning systems, systems with long refrigeration liquid paths, systems with internal oil return problems, ultra-low temperature systems, and systems using HCFCS,HFCS, and corresponding lubricants.

The interaction between the reduction in flow velocity and the change in flow direction causes the accumulation of lubricating oil. Thus, the lubricating oil separated at high temperatures is collected centrally and automatically returned to the crankcase of the compressor.
