






Batteries need to be prepared by yourself. If this product is mixed in batches, it is prone to packaging deformation during transportation. Please place orders for whole items in multiples of 400 for each color. If the customer does not place an order for a complete piece, our factory will not be responsible for any deformation of the color box resulting from this. If the color box needs to be replenished later, we will charge the cost of the color box. Each color box costs 0.35 yuan.





Note: If there are quality issues with the goods, please raise them within 15 days of receiving the goods and return them within 45 days. We do not accept after-sales applications for quality issues that occur more than 15 days after receipt of the goods.

2. Regarding color
The information on the color, pattern, packaging, etc. of the products on the web page is for reference only. Due to issues such as shooting lighting and color differences between different displays, there may be color differences between the product images and the actual items. The actual items shall prevail. If the color, pattern, packaging, etc. of the product are different from the description on Alibaba, it does not constitute a quality issue and we do not accept returns.
3. Regarding after-sales service
a) We do not accept returns for goods damaged due to human factors (such as unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accident, modification, incorrect installation, etc.), goods with incomplete packaging, and goods that have undergone secondary processing.
b) As the factory may change the product packaging according to the production situation, if the outer packaging is different from the pictures on the website or the goods you purchased before, it does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.
c) Products in multiple colors and styles are randomly mixed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order remarks. For individual orders, if the color and style of the warehouse inventory do not meet the customer's requirements, we will not accept returns arising from this
d) Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance). If the buyer subjectively believes that the quality of the goods is problematic, please provide a legally recognized written appraisal; otherwise, the return will not be accepted
e) Damaged express delivery: Before signing for the package upon receipt, please verify whether there is any damage to the goods or any loss of items. If so, please ask the Courier to provide a certificate before signing for the package and contact us. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the express delivery company, and thus cannot undertake any after-sales service, including the loss or damage of goods, etc.
- 4. Regarding out-of-stock:
- Due to the large number of orders we handle every day and the fact that we allocate goods based on the order payment time, there may be some orders that are out of stock. To ensure that customers receive their goods in a timely manner, if the stock is out of stock by less than 30% of the order amount, we will ship the goods as usual without notifying the customers. After receiving the goods, customers can apply for a refund for the missing parts (we will not resend the goods). If the customer cannot accept this regulation, please make a note in the order and we will handle it according to the note.
5. Regarding shipment
We are a wholesale enterprise and do not engage in retail. If your purchase is for personal use (for example, most of the items in the order are one or two pieces), please detour. We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual users.
6. Regarding Returns
If there are quality issues with the goods, they can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. We accept one return or exchange for each order. You can accumulate the problematic goods and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please pay the postage in advance. After we receive the goods, we will reimburse the express delivery fee for 1 kilogram of your package. This fee will be calculated according to the information published on our company's website (the express delivery fee standard for shipment and return is the same). You can also choose to return the faulty goods immediately, but the return shipping cost will be borne by yourself.
