Shipping Notice

1. For items in stock, we will ship within 48 hours. For those out of stock, it usually takes 4 to 5 days to ship. (Ceramic production requires a certain period of time. We hope customers can understand.)

2. Product delivery can be made by regular direct logistics (no logistics information, freight collect upon delivery, self-pickup upon arrival), or by Yimidida logistics, or by YTO Express for small quantities (please consult customer service before placing an order if you have any special requirements).

 Warm reminder

         Ceramic products are handmade and cannot be 100% perfect. During the firing process, some flaws are inevitable, such as bubbles, protrusions, black spots and scratches

Marks, uneven coloring and the like are all normal process phenomena. If you mind, please be cautious when taking pictures. 100% perfectionists should not take pictures. Thank you!!

Notes for customizing a logo

Logos can be made on both the front and back of the cup. A design fee of 100 yuan is required for one color of the logo, and an additional 80 yuan is charged for each subsequent color. Two colors cost 180 yuan, three colors cost 260 yuan, and so on. The cost of any custom-made cup will be increased by 0.1 yuan in processing fees on the original basis. If you need golden flower paper, please confirm the actual price with the customer service.

Wholesale instructions

All products of our factory are sold in bulk by the piece. The minimum order quantity for this product is one piece, and mixed orders are supported

2. The pictures of this product are taken of the actual object. There may be slight color differences due to factors such as shooting lighting and different displays

3. All shipping fees for the dispatched products will be paid upon delivery. In case of damage during transportation, please contact customer service and confirm with the logistics within 12 hours. Otherwise, our factory will not compensate or guarantee. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Each style of this product includes 4 or 2 patterns. The patterns are randomly mixed and installed, but only one style can be installed in one piece

5. For large quantities of this product, we can arrange the goods according to the patterns requested by the customers

6. Our factory offers custom-made ceramic cups, thermos cups, glass cups, gift bowls, coffee sets and POTS, and can be printed with the company LOGO

7. All ceramic products are handcrafted and fired at high temperatures, so it's impossible for them to be 100% perfect. Perfectionists who look for flaws with a magnifying glass, please avoid them. Common flaws such as small black spots, small concave and convex points, vacuum bubbles, sporadic glaze leakage, uneven glaze color, and slight porcelain chipped at the bottom are all normal situations and can be accepted by ordinary consumers. They won't affect the overall appearance or usage! Please treat ceramic products with a normal heart. Since you like them, please also tolerate their imperfections. It is precisely because of their imperfections that we can offer you the opportunity to own them at such a low price. Please show a little more understanding and tolerance! Remember: Please do not examine them with the same eyes as you would examine handicrafts

Regarding logistics

1. Logistics delivery requires self-pickup! The pre-payment on delivery for logistics is the same price.

2. If you do not specify a logistics company, we will arrange one for you. We will choose a logistics company with a relatively better cost performance and do our best to send and receive the package for you

3. For customers who find it inconvenient to pick up their goods themselves or whose pick-up points are far away, they can choose first-line logistics companies like Fameidi Da and YTO Express. They have many branches in the city and can deliver goods to your door!

Please check the quantity and quality of the goods within 24 hours after receiving them. If there are any issues, please promptly report them to the after-sales customer service for handling. Applications will not be accepted due to subjective dissatisfaction or other non-quality issues.  

2. For customers who have reached an agreement with the client to request a return, please ensure that the packaging box remains intact and does not affect the secondary sale. Any damage during the return process shall be the responsibility of the buyer; otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
