TOP.2 Do your clothes hangers shed hair?
The production process of our clothes hangers is as follows: injection molding of finished products > inserting negative hooks > applying glue > electrostatic flocking > drying > inserting positive hooks > inspection > blowing hair > packaging. Inspections are carried out before the two insertions of hooks and before packaging. We use custom-made large air boxes (which are different from those of other factories, as they have stronger suction power).
TOP.3 Can your clothes hangers hang wet clothes?
It is not recommended to hang wet clothes because the flocked part is wrapped with glue and will melt when exposed to water
TOP.4 Are all your goods in stock? Is it okay to customize the color? How long will it take to deliver the goods?
The one you see here is a regular style. The regular colors we produce are black, gray and ivory white. These are all colors that are more common abroad.
The color can be customized. Generally, it follows the MOQ requirements of pantone.
