Each of our orders is inspected when dispatched. However, due to the large daily shipment volume, we can only conduct an appearance inspection. So please read the agreement carefully:
If the product is not worn and does not affect its secondary sales, please contact customer service within 2 days after signing for the express delivery. Moreover, if there are more than 20 orders accumulated within 2 months, please contact customer service for exchange. The round-trip postage will be borne by us (the seller).
For items that have not accumulated 20, the buyer shall be responsible for any exchange shipping costs. The buyer can also apply for a return. We will provide a full refund of the goods after confirming that they are correct upon receipt, but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Orders that are over two months old will not be subject to exchange.

We will carefully inspect each watch we send out. Due to the large shipment volume, some watches may have minor defects (which are not quality issues). As long as they do not affect usage, we will not provide after-sales service. Please be informed. If the dial is damaged or the hands do not move, please contact customer service to send it back for replacement. Shipping cost: The buyer shall bear the shipping cost for sending it back, while the seller shall bear the shipping cost for sending it out. If the returned goods need to be sent back, all costs shall be borne by the buyer, including the shipping fee sent by the seller. A refund will only cover the amount of the watch, not the shipping fee
