To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, this website has specially formulated this regulation. Please understand and read it clearly before placing an order!
Special emphasis: In principle, we do not accept returns. (Products with quality issues at the factory can be exchanged through negotiation, but the transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. Our quotations are all factory prices without any charges.) All of our products are strictly inspected by quality inspectors before shipment to ensure that 100% of the products have no quality issues. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality problems after arrival, and 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.
The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored in the normal way, and goods beyond the after-sales service period
I. Regarding the minimum order quantity
The quantity of each toy ordered is subject to the minimum order quantity marked on the website! For general products, the minimum order quantity is one box, and all prices are factory prices. (Note: There are also some products on this website that can be ordered at least half a piece. Please refer to the product description on the website for the mixed batch label. The price for half a piece mixed batch is determined separately. For specific details, please consult the Wangwang customer service!)"
Ii. Regarding sample fees
Whether it's retail, wholesale or gift order customers, we treat all equally and do not provide samples for free. If it is indeed necessary, we will charge three times the wholesale price. The difference in sample prices will be refunded after the cumulative order amount reaches 10,000.
Iii. Product Quotation
The prices of the products on this site have been quoted at the most favorable factory prices. Generally, the prices within the site are the main ones. (The quotations on this site are factory delivery prices, without invoices, excluding shipping fees and any other charges.) As the prices of toy materials may rise at any time, please consult the Wangwang customer service about the price issues before placing an order!
Iv. Payment Method:
Your payment for goods and freight can be made through bank transfer, online payment (Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, etc.), etc. Please notify us in time after remittance so that we can arrange it promptly. The goods will be dispatched on the same day or the next day after the payment is received. If there are too many orders, we will try to arrange them within three days. We also support the Alipay instant arrival payment method, which is more convenient and faster.
V. Delivery Time
After the customer makes the payment and the order is generated, we will immediately arrange the goods, which are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 days. Due to the order requirements for stocking up (some products may be out of stock and need to be produced), we kindly ask all customers to place orders as early as possible based on their actual situations to avoid being unable to arrange immediately when urgently needed, which may affect your business operations. For each order, if all the goods arrive on the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Please don't rush us for this. Regarding logistics and freight transportation, the freight charges are generally collected on delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer themselves or selected by our staff as the most suitable one for you!
(Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the buyer. The actual shipping cost is based on the amount at the time of pick-up. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot accurately predict the arrival time at the freight station. Please understand this point!)"
Vi. Receiving Standards:
When picking up the goods by yourself, please carefully inspect them in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. All products of our factory undergo strict inspection before shipment. As they are plastic toys, the quality guarantee rate upon leaving the factory is over 97% to 98%. 2% to 3% of cases are subject to unpredictable issues and fall within the scope of exemption.
3. As all our shipments are handled by logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there will always be a few minor losses during normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Due to the frequent occurrence of toys being crushed during transportation, we do not bear the transportation liability insurance. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation. The normal handling fee is 3% to 5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We deliver the goods on behalf of the customers and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All freight charges are on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.
Vii. After-sales Service
For products with quality issues at the factory that need to be exchanged, the round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchange together with the customer's next purchase (we cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer!)

Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.
Viii. Exemption Clauses
All the goods are produced and dispatched based on customer orders. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper materials. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, there is a possibility that some products may suffer from transportation damage (such as slight scratches due to collisions, or slight deformation of some color boxes in color box packaging, etc.). In this regard, We will adopt methods such as double-layer packaging in logistics, adding cushioning materials, and tight stacking to prevent damage incidents. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
2. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is a bit rough, with flaws, not made of good materials, and not as expected after receiving the goods. However, these are not quality issues. Nothing is perfect. We upload real photos of each product to our website. Please excuse us if you are too picky. When purchasing, please consider and read carefully. 3. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal.
