
























Confidence after-sales service - no-reason return or exchange within three days
Within three days of delivery, we accept no-reason returns and exchanges as long as the product remains brand new, has complete barcode packaging and does not affect secondary sales. The buyer is responsible for refunding the postage.
2. For goods with quality issues that need to be returned or exchanged, Lianyou will be responsible for refunding the 5-yuan postage fee. If quality issues are found, please submit photos of the quality problems within 3 days of arrival (applications received after this period will not be accepted). Please inform us of your order number. The photos should be named after the product number. We will conduct the review within one working day. After the review is confirmed, we will accept returns and exchanges. We will be responsible for the 5-yuan postage for the regular post office parcel to be returned (which will be deposited into your advance deposit account after receiving the returned goods). If it is sent back by express delivery, we will only be responsible for 5 yuan and do not accept cash on delivery. After the returned goods arrive and are confirmed, the replacement items will be sent out simultaneously with the next order, or the payment will be refunded to the advance deposit account.
For goods with quality issues that fail the review, they will all be treated as no-reason returns or exchanges when returned. The customer shall be responsible for all the postage of the returned package. We will only be responsible for the return of the 5-yuan regular mail fee when all the items in the package are confirmed to have quality problems. For example, if three items are returned, with items A and B being confirmed to have quality issues, and item C being a no-reason return or an unconfirmed quality issue item, the customer still needs to bear the return shipping cost.
4. For bulk customized goods, returns and exchanges can only be made in case of quality issues. Unconditional returns and exchanges are not accepted.
