★ Freight Description
Regarding express delivery, if you choose the express delivery mode, please contact us to confirm the express delivery you select. After paying the goods and freight together, we will ship the goods within 48 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

★ Receiving standards

If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. ★ Sample fee
Whether you are a retail, wholesale or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide samples for free. If you do need them, we will sell them at a price 20% higher than the actual retail price. The difference in sample prices can be refunded after the order is confirmed.
★ After-sales Service
In principle, we do not accept returns. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanges together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost is to be borne by the customer! Please inform the Wangwang customer service of our bank before returning!!
