1. As toys are perishable goods, it is inevitable that some scratches and minor problems may occur occasionally. It is normal for toys to have slight scratches and paint peeling.

2. All the goods sent by our store are brand new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the outer box is sturdy, intact and clean. During the transportation of the products, there is a possibility that some individual products may suffer from transportation damage, especially in long-distance cities. If there are any minor scratches due to collisions or slight deformation of the product packaging, such damage caused by transportation reasons, we will not be held responsible and will not be used as a reason for returns.
