01 Color difference explanation: Due to the background of the photo. 02 Regarding Shipment:

In stock: After the buyer places an order and makes the payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). In case of out-of-stock situations, we will contact you by phone or through Wangwang. When shipping, there are dedicated personnel to check the shipping order and the goods. Only after confirming that there are no errors will the goods be dispatched. If there are any missed shipments, please contact customer service in a timely manner. The minimum order quantity for each product is 1 piece, and for some products, drop shipping is supported.

Customization: (1) Payment Method: A 50% deposit (full payment) in advance

(2) Regarding the delivery cycle: For customized products, orders need to be placed for production. The production cycle is 15 to 30 working days. Please do not rush the shipment

03 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects the payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and makes the payment to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the payment for the goods. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, the payment will be made to the supplier via Alipay. If the goods are not received within the prescribed time limit or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect their own rights and interests.

04 Regarding signature for Receipt: When the goods are delivered, please make sure to sign for them in person. If signed for by family members, friends, security guards, etc., it will all be regarded as signed for by the person themselves. Please be sure to open and inspect it on the spot before signing for it. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify and claim compensation from the delivery personnel.

05 Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues within 3 days from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will respond with returns and exchanges. If the quality is fine, the buyer is generally not allowed to return or exchange the purchased product due to subjective factors such as personal dislike, a significant difference from the picture, dissatisfaction or not as good as imagined. If there is no reason for return or exchange, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. If the returned packaged goods and the product are damaged, the buyer must compensate at the original price. If the product shows objective quality problems such as rust or paint peeling, it will be returned or exchanged without exception. (Except for improper use by humans or intentional damage).

06Regarding after-sales service for dealers: If there are any quality issues with the products, we can accept returns or exchanges. (Products need to reach a certain quantity. Generally, about 15 pieces per piece can be sent back by logistics.)"

The shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne by the seller. If a small refund is required, the buyer shall bear the cost of the refund themselves.
