Some minor issues: for instance, thread ends left after sewing some shoes, glue marks left after applying glue to the sole, a small frayed edge on injection-molded soles, exposed thread ends, and a small mark after the frayed edge peels off, etc
2. Issues such as the smell of shoes, the thickness of materials, size, and color differences, which are subjective biases, do not fall within the category of quality problems.
3. The shoe box was crushed. This problem is mainly caused during transportation.
4. One or two small positioning pinholes and needle jumpers left when stepping on the upper of the shoe

(2) We will not accept returns or exchanges if there are no quality issues with the goods
If the shoes have no quality issues, our store does not allow returns. Please don't think that the quality is not as good as you imagined, or that the shoes have an odor or other problems because you don't like them. Request for return or exchange.
(3) How to return or exchange goods with quality problems
If the shoes themselves have serious quality problems: If there are problems such as large-scale delamination, large-scale peeling, loose threads, broken soles, mold, upper breakage, heel detachment, or loose toe, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods and explain the issues. For minor problems, we will repair them if possible. However, for some that are indeed serious issues, please do so within 3 days from the date of receipt (we will not accept such problems after 3 days). Cheap shoes The factory price does not include the cost of the after-sales warranty period, so it is a product without after-sales warranty period. Please take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. Before wearing and using this product, if it meets the above conditions, it can be returned or exchanged. For problem products, the return and exchange shipping costs will be shared equally by both the buyer and the seller. This point is quite easy to understand. When you go to a physical wholesale store to pick up goods, you can't check each item carefully before paying. Even if you have inspected them, it still can't be guaranteed that there are absolutely no problems. If you find quality issues when you get home, you still have to spend your own travel expenses to exchange them. Besides, our profit margin is very low. The profit from the products is not even enough to cover the shipping costs. Please excuse me!"

2. If the problem shoes that have not been confirmed by us are directly returned by the customer, we will refuse to sign and return them to the buyer. We will not be responsible for any costs arising therefrom. Or if we have confirmed and verified the problem shoes but sent out exorbitant shipping fees without confirming the shipping cost, we will only pay the corresponding part of the shipping cost according to the standard we sent out. For the shoes that we have verified and agreed to return, the shipping fee must be prepaid first, as the price for express delivery with cash on delivery is twice as high as the prepaid price. After we receive the problem shoes, we will pay the buyer for this part of the return shipping fee by means of immediate payment.
