All our product images are taken of the actual items. Due to factors such as lighting, cameras, shooting angles, and displays, there may be color differences, and the actual specifications and dimensions may not match your sensory perception. Customers who cannot accept color differences or imagined shopping should be cautious when taking pictures. Returns and exchanges caused by color differences and imagined shopping do not fall under quality issues. The shipping cost for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.

Delivery method

The express delivery service is door-to-door. The freight is charged according to the standards of the express company. The express companies we cooperate with are YTO and Huitong. For customers with small purchases and those in relatively close areas such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui, we send express packages. If the buyer needs to specify the express delivery, please contact customer service to make a note. Self-left messages are invalid.

Delivery time

After the customer's order is paid for, the goods will be dispatched within 3 days normally. Due to inventory changes, if the goods cannot be dispatched in time, we will contact you immediately to explain and make a new agreement. The goods will be dispatched within the agreed time.
