1. How is the shipping fee charged?
Answer: By default, it is sent by logistics with the freight collected on delivery. For small amounts and customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, we send by express delivery. By default, it is Yunda. If you need other express delivery services, please contact customer service for modification. The specific postage depends on the quantity of purchase.
2. I have placed an order. When will the goods be dispatched and when will they arrive?
Answer: Under normal circumstances, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours after placement. The delivery time depends on the logistics company. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 days for delivery to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and 3 to 7 days for logistics to other provinces. If the time exceeds this period, please contact our customer service for follow-up.
3. Are the products on the shelves in stock? What if they are out of stock?
Answer: Products that are available for auction are usually in stock. You can purchase them with confidence. In case of any out-of-stock situation, we will contact you via Wangwang or by phone to handle it promptly.
4. Can the color be chosen?
Answer: By default, the goods are randomly dispatched. If you have any special requirements, please indicate the color you need in the remarks column or contact customer service. However, color deficiency is inevitable. If there is any color deficiency, we will randomly ship the goods. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
5. Can I return or exchange the received goods if I'm not satisfied with them?
Answer: If you are not satisfied or like the goods you receive, you can return or exchange them if they have not been used and do not affect their resale. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
6. What should I do if the received goods are damaged or defective?

Dear customers, please keep them for now. When there is one box available, you can ship it back. We will exchange it for you and the buyer will bear the shipping cost.
