1. Mixed batch is supported. When the amount reaches 66 yuan or the number of products reaches 5, you can join the mixed batch. Generally, one shipment costs around 500 yuan. For orders under 66 yuan, our company reserves the right not to ship them.

2. If you have a designated logistics company, please note the pick-up address and phone number of the logistics company in Chenghai when placing the order. If you don't have a designated logistics company, we will arrange the logistics for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pick-up point will be very close to you. Generally, it can only be delivered to the city (such as Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province). The logistics needs to be picked up by yourself. The charges of each logistics company are not standardized. We provide a reference for the charges. Generally, the logistics will be paid on delivery. We do not bear or charge for any costs in logistics. We suggest that customers look for logistics companies they have cooperated with before.
3. Generally, the goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment. Due to our wide variety of products, packaging can be quite troublesome and the workload for sorting is very large. Please understand each other. We will arrange for the warehouse to sort and dispatch the goods for you as soon as possible! If you are out of stock and need to notify me, please note "Out of stock, please do notify me!" in the order message.
4. Regarding after-sales issues, please review the quantity and quality of the goods within 48 hours after receiving them. If there are any problems, please promptly report them to the after-sales customer service for handling. Please be sure to check the quantity and quality of the goods on the spot and whether the packaging is intact. If there is any missing or damaged goods, please contact our customer service on the spot and sign for receipt to confirm. If there is no inspection and signature for receipt, our store will not be held responsible. Please exercise the rights of consumers! Guarantee your own interests! Our company operates at a low profit margin but in large quantities. If the accessories of the products are damaged during transportation, we will replace them for free when the customer replenishes the stock next time. However, for products that cannot be repaired, the cost of return, exchange and replacement of accessories needs to be borne by the buyer. The probability of damage is very small. 5. There may be differences in patterns, colors or color boxes among different batches of goods. Receipt shall prevail. All products in our store are handmade. Minor flaws and scratches are not quality issues. If you insist on using a reflective surface to check for small scratches, we suggest you go to a physical store for selection and purchase. We are very sorry.
6. Regarding returns and exchanges: ① Returns and exchanges without quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, and the damage caused by the transportation of the returned products is significant, a 20% discount will be given on the original price for a refund. We do not provide returns and exchanges without quality issues within one month. If you really have no other choice, you can contact our customer service. Note: (For the above returns, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves. If the items are shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted.) ② Quality issue return and exchange: If the cumulative weight of the product with quality issues reaches 20KG, the round-trip logistics cost for exchange will be borne by our store (please contact the online customer service for whether to send by express delivery or logistics). If the product does not meet the weight requirements and you wish to return it for exchange in advance, the round-trip transportation cost will be borne by the buyer. ③ Damage to the goods during transportation: Please be sure to open the box and check it in front of the logistics or Courier when receiving the goods. Cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box is not damaged but the contents are. Please be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them.
