All Ouleou products are in stock and available for wholesale. You can place an order with confidence, dear customer. Temporary out-of-stock situations will be indicated on the product display image. In case of occasional out-of-stock situations where updates cannot be made in time, we guarantee to contact you by phone or through Wangwang and obtain your consent before handling the matter. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
2. Color difference issue.
All products in our store are photographed in real life. Due to technical, display, lighting and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences, which is a normal phenomenon. We appreciate your understanding. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are advised to try them on in the physical store before purchasing.
3. Return and exchange processing.
Upon receipt of the goods, please carefully inspect the items within 15 days. If there are quality issues such as broken frames, peeling, or large scratches on the lenses, you can contact customer service for a return or exchange.
