If our customer service is temporarily unavailable or fails to reply to you during the break, please place your order directly. We will process your order as soon as possible and arrange for shipment. The delivery time will be delayed due to national holidays and weekends off.
Regarding color difference
All the products in our store are photographed in real life and color adjustments will be made in post-production to make the picture effect as close as possible to the actual product. However, due to differences in lighting, display color, and personal perception, there may be some deviations between the actual product and the photo. The final color should be based on the actual product. Color differences are not the basis for negative reviews. If you cannot accept this at all, please purchase with caution.
Regarding shipment:
To ensure the safe delivery of the goods to you, we will definitely package them carefully. The normal shipping time is within 72 hours after the order is placed. For group purchase or wholesale orders, the shipping time will be negotiated before shipment. Pre-sale products will be dispatched according to the pre-sale time. The delivery time will be slightly postponed in the following circumstances: large quantity, group purchase, holidays and other special circumstances.
The default express delivery services for our store are Shentong and Yunda. For urgent items, you can choose the SF Express method to cover the postage (please contact customer service to cover the difference). As the prices of various express delivery companies vary, the incurred expenses need to be agreed upon before payment. In case of group buying, wholesale or other situations, it is necessary to choose the appropriate logistics for shipping. The shipping logistics cost needs to be borne by yourself. You can choose to pay the freight on delivery or collect the logistics freight on delivery.
The actual delivery time of the goods varies by region. Generally, it takes about 2 to 5 days for different Courier companies to deliver to different regions (for details, please consult customer service). There may be slight delays for remote areas, festivals, peak freight periods, and large items. We will contact you promptly in case of any delay caused by special reasons, but we do not commit to any form of time-limited delivery request.
Note
The national standard for Express Delivery Services, which came into effect on May 1, 2012, stipulates that when the delivery personnel of express delivery companies hand over the express items to the recipients, they should inform the recipients to inspect the express items on the spot. For express items collected on delivery, such as online shopping, TV shopping and mail order, the recipient can inspect the contents first before signing for them. During acceptance, the appearance and quantity of internal components can be counted, but internal components cannot be tried out or product function tests cannot be conducted.

After-sales service and returns and exchanges
◆ Unpacking and inspection: It is strongly recommended that you unpack and inspect the goods first after receiving them. If any quality problems, missing items or damage are found during the inspection, please contact our customer service in time within 1 hour after the inspection to communicate and negotiate for a solution.
◆ 15-day no-reason return and exchange: Within 15 days after the goods are signed for, if they have not been used and do not affect resale, you have the right to apply for a return or exchange. If the goods are damaged or have quality issues during transportation, please contact customer service in a timely manner. The shipping cost can be borne by our store. If there are any discrepancies between your personal preference, the product and your expectations, or any other circumstances already described in the product description, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by you.

Note: Risks during the return and exchange process
Any damage during transportation shall be borne by the party sending it, and both the buyer and the seller shall treat it equally. Therefore, when returning or exchanging goods, please make sure to package them carefully to avoid any impact on the interests of both the buyer and the seller due to express delivery or logistics, and to prevent unnecessary disputes over returns and exchanges. When you receive the product, it is recommended that you keep the removed packaging box and filling materials for the time being. If you are not satisfied and need to return or exchange it, please send it back directly in the original packaging.
