At the same time, there is a "shipping list" along with each batch of goods, which is convenient for you to count when receiving the goods. Cooperation must first be based on trust. We will not deliberately send anything less. When friends are counting the goods, please also pay attention. Do not randomly pile things up here and there, or be in a mess, with one person clicking and another clicking. Once again, it is emphasized that trust is the foundation. Please consider before placing an order, friends.
Ii. Regarding Out-of-stock: We also don't want to be out of stock because we have a wide variety of products and a large number of orders. When we receive the orders, we clearly see that they are all in stock, but during the shipping process, they often become out of stock. Therefore, we won't notify the out-of-stock parts separately and will directly send them out. The "Shipping List" will clearly indicate this, and we also keep a copy ourselves. After friends receive the goods, they can apply for a refund according to the items on the list. We won't pay the postage separately for the replenishment. If there is a large shortage of goods, we will communicate with you in time to decide whether to send this batch of goods or not
Iii. Regarding the receipt of Goods: When receiving the goods, whether by express delivery or logistics, please be sure to inspect the goods on the spot. Count the goods according to the "Shipping list" first and then sign for them (especially for damaged boxes, be sure to count them carefully). If any problems are found during the signing process, contact us immediately through the phone number in the "Shipping List" when the express delivery or logistics personnel are present. After signing for the goods, negotiate with us. We are not responsible for any omissions or deficiencies. If you have concerns, please do not take pictures. Thank you for your understanding.
For customers who are truly concerned, it is recommended to choose logistics. Before shipping, declare the value and inspect the goods on the spot upon arrival. In this way, if the goods are lost or damaged, the logistics company will offer corresponding compensation. It doesn't matter much whether the express delivery company offers a price guarantee or not. However, in case of damage or loss, there will be corresponding subsidies.
Attention! The signature is invalid! Be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Otherwise, if you sign and say they are damaged, the express delivery or logistics company will definitely not compensate! It's no use discussing it with us later!
After some customers signed, they found that the goods were damaged or lost and wanted us to compensate, but we couldn't afford it. In online wholesale, the profit is pitifully meager. Loss or damage is the responsibility that the logistics company or the express delivery company should bear. All we can do is assist in claiming compensation. Iv. Regarding the return and exchange of goods: The wholesale profit margin is very meager. Once the goods are sold, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We will strive to package it as properly as possible. There will inevitably be some losses during the transportation of goods. We will not be responsible for any transportation losses! Logistics issues are a headache for every enterprise. The goods sent out, in our eyes, are all precious treasures. However, during the logistics or express delivery transportation process, it is common for the goods to be crushed and dropped. Unless the logistics or express delivery company offers compensation, we cannot afford the damaged items and cannot promise returns or exchanges. The shipping cost for returning products with quality issues will be covered by us. For goods that meet the return conditions, they will all be converted into payment and counted as the next payment or refunded.
V. Regarding Inquiries: Due to the large sales volume, we will list our sales data every ten days. Unless there are quality issues, we will not accept inquiries for orders beyond ten days.
Vi. Regarding the Specification of Product colors or styles: In principle, product colors or styles will be randomly distributed, and as many different colors and styles as possible will be distributed. The colors in the product pictures are for reference only. It is not guaranteed that the actual color of the dispatched product will be exactly the same as the picture. If the color or style does not match, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. If customers have special requirements, we will try our best to meet them when conditions permit. If they cannot be met, as long as the variety is not sent wrongly, we cannot ask for returns or exchanges under any pretext.
