About the picture

All pictures of TOPOT are taken of the actual products. Due to differences in lighting and displays, there may be certain color differences in the goods. Dear customers who cannot accept color differences, please choose carefully to avoid transaction disputes. Such issues cannot be used as the basis for negative reviews or complaints. If we give a medium or negative review due to such issues, we will appeal to Alibaba. We ask for your understanding!

Regarding receiving the goods

Dear customers, after signing for the goods, please inspect the products in front of the Courier. If there is any damage, please contact us in time. If you do not inspect the products in front of the Courier or report within 24 hours that there is a problem with the item and it needs to be returned or exchanged, we will not handle it. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Regarding shipment

If you haven't received the goods within 10 days after shipment, or if you have any questions about the products after receiving them, please contact our online customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods!
For customers from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, the goods usually arrive within 1 to 2 days after shipment.
For customers from other provinces and cities in China, the goods usually arrive within 3 to 4 days. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will notify you to pick them up.
For customers in remote areas, the logistics cycle is slightly longer. If you need to send by express delivery, please contact our online customer service to change the shipping fee or pay the difference in EMS shipping fees. If you do not pay the difference, please close the order and do not ship. Thank you for your cooperation!
