Inspection and Signature for Receipt - After receiving the goods, please inspect them before signing for receipt. If the goods are damaged, please refuse to accept them! Return it to the Courier company in person! When inspecting the goods, please be sure to open the package yourself to check the quality and count the quantity. If there is any discrepancy, please contact the seller by phone immediately in front of the Courier.
Sign first and then inspect the goods. If there are any problems, you can refuse to accept them (very important). Please see the following process:
Please sign normally upon receiving the goods. Because if you don't sign, the package doesn't belong to you. The Courier won't let you open it, otherwise you won't be able to explain when you get back.
2. After signing, the form is in your hand. This is a crucial step. After signing, be sure not to let the Courier tear the form away. Please open the package for inspection immediately
. If the list has already been torn off, you should sign it and hold it in your hand or in a place where the Courier cannot reach it. Then ask him to pass the item to you for inspection. You have already signed as required. There is no reason for him not to give you the package.
3. If there are no issues after checking, please send the form to the Courier. Everyone will be relieved and the transaction will be successful!
4. If any problems are found after the inspection, please immediately cross out your signature with a pen and notify us by phone. Then, seal the package and ask the Courier to reject it.
5. If the Courier asks for proof that he didn't open the package, please help the Courier. After all, they are also responsible for delivering goods. Even if there are problems with the items during transportation, don't make things difficult for the Courier.
6. Please pay attention to the possible problems that may occur during the logistics transportation process: The integrity of the outer packaging does not mean that the goods inside are intact, nor does it mean that the goods inside have not been damaged due to trampling or squeezing. The integrity of the outer packaging also does not mean that it is the original packaging when we dispatched it, nor does it mean that it has not been opened and repackaged. Therefore, it is essential to conduct an on-site inspection and clarify responsibilities. According to the Postal Law, once the recipient signs for the package, the corresponding responsibility is transferred to the recipient. If any problems arise after the Courier leaves, according to the Postal Law, the logistics company has the right not to be responsible for any complaints or compensation claims. Therefore, to safeguard your legitimate rights and interests, please sign for the package in person to keep evidence, so as to clarify responsibility and facilitate resolution.
Case
Courier: Hello, there's a package of yours that needs your signature for receipt.
Customer: OK. I'll take a look at the goods first.
Courier: You have to sign first before you can open it and have a look.
Customer: Who stipulated this?
Courier: This is our company's rule. If you don't sign, I'll take it back and consider it as your refusal to accept.
Customer: Seeing the Courier about to leave: Alright, I'll sign.
After signing, the customer won't let go of the express delivery slip. At this time, the express delivery slip must not be given to the Courier.
Courier: You sign it. The waybill needs to be given to me. We need to keep it on file.
Customer: I need to open the box and inspect the goods before I can give them to you. This is my family's rule. Either you say I refused the visa.
Courier: Speechless. We can only wait patiently for the customer to inspect the goods. If the quantity is large, we can use express delivery or logistics according to the customer's requirements
