Purchase Tip

In order to more accurately organize buyers' orders, better conduct shipping checks, and ensure that buyers receive satisfactory goods in a timely manner, we will ship within 24 hours after receiving the payment. The latest deadline for shipping on the same day is 17:00. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next day, except in special circumstances.

Receiving issue

A. Please have the buyer sign for receipt in person. If the buyer designates a person to sign for receipt, the seller will assume that the buyer signs for receipt by default.

b. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept and return them. If there is any shortage of goods, please contact us on the spot to explain the situation.

c. Once the buyer signs for the goods, it is assumed that the items are in perfect condition. If any shortage or damage caused by the express delivery is discovered later, the seller will no longer be held responsible or obligated.

d. This statement is an integral part of the offer for goods. Whether the buyer has read it or not, the buyer shall be deemed to have agreed to this statement after purchasing the goods. The risk of damage or loss of the goods shall be borne by the consignor before the delivery (signature of the consignee) and by the consignee after the delivery (signature of the consignee).
