Damaged return and exchange instructions
Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging seal. If it is damaged, please refuse to accept it. Open the package for inspection. If you find the goods incomplete or severely damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resend the new ones to you. If there are any quality issues within 7 days, please take photos and contact the after-sales customer service. We will handle the return or exchange according to the customer's requirements. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our store.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange
1) Any goods not sold by this store;
2) Goods that are intentionally damaged for personal purposes;
3) For goods that have been signed for, applications for returns or exchanges will not be processed if they are not due to quality issues and exceed 7 days. Applications for returns or exchanges made if they are due to quality issues and exceed one month will not be processed either.
4) Goods with quality problems due to improper use or storage (including: scratches on goods with sharp objects, deformation caused by placing them beside high-temperature objects, etc.);
