Performance characteristics of Lishen batteries:
The silica gel made of fumed silica and various additives has a three-dimensional porous network structure. It can adsorb sulfuric acid in the gel, and at the same time, the capillary cracks in the gel establish a channel for the oxygen released from the positive electrode to reach the negative electrode, thereby achieving the establishment of a sealed reaction efficiency, making the battery fully sealed, without the overflow of electrolyte or the release of acid mist, and causing no pollution to the environment and equipment.

The electrolyte of the colloid battery is in a gel state, non-flowing and non-leaking, and can be placed vertically or horizontally.

◆ Grid structure: The design of the center position of the TAB and the offset of the bottom corner. The bottom of the positive plate of the 2V series is wrapped with a plastic protective film, which can improve the reliability of the battery during operation. The alloy adopts lead-calcium-tin-aluminum alloy, and the hydrogen evolution potential of the negative plate is high. The positive plate alloy is a high-tin and low-calcium alloy, with a fine and dense grain structure and good corrosion resistance. The battery has the characteristic of a long service life.

The separator adopts imported corrugated PVC separator specially designed for colloid batteries, which has a large porosity and low resistance.

The battery case and cover are made of ABS material and sealed with epoxy resin to ensure no leakage.

The terminal posts are made of pure lead, which has good corrosion resistance. The terminal posts and the battery cover adopt a pressure ring structure, that is, the pressure ring and the sealing rubber ring achieve mechanical sealing of the battery terminal posts, and then are bonded with resin sealing agent to ensure the sealing reliability.

All series of 2V and 12V batteries are equipped with gas-filtering explosion-proof plate devices. When exposed to open flames on the outside of the battery, there will be no explosion, and the released gas will be filtered to prevent pollution to the environment.

The electrolyte of the colloid battery is gel electrolyte, without the phenomenon of acid liquid stratification, which makes the reaction in all parts of the plates uniform and enhances the reliability of the capacity and service life of large batteries.

Excessive electrolyte, which is in sol state when injected as a colloid, can fill all the space inside the battery. Under conditions of high temperature and overcharging, the battery is less likely to dry out. It has a large heat capacity and good heat dissipation, making it less likely to experience thermal runaway.

The gel electrolyte of the colloid battery has a beneficial effect on the crystallization process of the active substances on the positive and negative electrodes, which makes the deep discharge cycle capacity of the battery good, enhances the resistance to sulfation of the negative electrode, and significantly improves the recovery ability of the battery after over-discharge.

The battery has a wide operating temperature range (-30℃ to 50℃) and extremely low self-discharge.

The main performance of LEOCH Lishen batteries
By adopting a unique multi-alloy formula, using imported casting equipment and self-developed grid molds, and through strict temperature control, the grids not only have good uniformity in thickness and weight, but also have a long float life and low self-discharge.

● It adopts imported fully automatic computer-controlled lead powder machine, which ensures the oxidation degree of lead powder, the uniformity and stability of particles with strict automatic control program, and is more compatible with the high-current discharge characteristics of batteries.

Lead paste is the core of battery technology. The unique lead paste formula better meets various performance requirements such as high-power deep cycle discharge, and is suitable for fields like float charging. Meanwhile, the fully automatic paste mixing system and temperature control ensure the characteristics and stability of the lead paste.

By using self-developed technology to transform imported coating machines, the plates can be made more uniform and better meet the requirements of UPS battery plates.

By adopting high-temperature and high-humidity curing technology and automatic temperature and humidity control technology, and through the unique design of wind direction and flow rate, the OTP battery not only ensures the curing effect of the plates to the greatest extent, but also guarantees the uniformity of the plates at each point. The battery life is significantly longer than that of conventional curing.

The quantitative acid addition process is adopted, with an acid addition accuracy of 0.1ml, which fully ensures the uniformity among different units of the battery and between batteries.

Meanwhile, the unique formula of the electrolyte enhances the deep cycle capacity of the battery. Moreover, due to the use of imported epoxy glue, end pieces and O-type diagrams for assembly, the battery becomes more reliable.

The multiple charge and discharge cycles that OTP batteries must undergo before leaving the factory make them more uniform and reliable. Meanwhile, the internal resistance, open and closed circuit, and tightness tests further ensure the quality of the batteries leaving the factory.
