2. Regarding the price
The price is the factory price of our company, excluding tax and freight.
3. Regarding the delivery date
Samples will be dispatched on the same day they are available. For custom specifications, the delivery time is 2 days. For large quantities, please contact customer service to confirm the specific delivery time.
4. Regarding shipment
Samples will be sent by regular express delivery with payment on delivery. For large quantities, we can use dedicated line logistics or the logistics you specify.
5. Regarding after-sales service
The product is guaranteed for three years. During the warranty period, except for the lamps damaged by natural and human factors, they will be returned to the original factory for repair. Both the round-trip freight charges will be borne by our company.
