Return and exchange Policy
If you find any product with failed functions within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in time and pay 5 yuan for the returned shipping fee. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances

If the customer returns the goods by express delivery with cash on delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, our company will reject them uniformly.
3. All returned packages must be returned under the real name (i.e., by filling in the name of the orderer). Before mailing the returned package, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return list must be attached to the returned package to facilitate the staff's query and improve efficiency.
Returns that have not been communicated with customer service before will not be accepted.
