














Buyer's Notice
Company Description: We mainly deal in the wholesale of Korean socks, with first-hand supply. We operate over twenty brands including socks, leggings, shoulder straps, bath towels and underwear. Customer first, honest operation, mutual benefit and win-win.
Label: All socks come with Korean-made tags. Except for the sock covers, they generally do not have individual packaging bags. If you need a separate PP packaging bag, you need to purchase it separately (0.1 yuan each).
Inventory quantity: Due to the large daily shipment volume, the inventory quantity is not the actual stock quantity and is for reference only. Most items are in stock, but some items may sometimes be out of stock. If you find any out-of-stock items, our customer service will inform you in time. If you are concerned, you can ask before placing an order. Additionally, we also accept reservations.
Color difference: Most of the products are taken in real photos. Due to reasons such as shooting, display brightness, light, and parameter Settings, we cannot guarantee that the product pictures are free of color difference. However, we will do our best to minimize color difference.
Size: Due to different measurement methods, there may be slight errors in all products, which is a normal phenomenon. Before purchasing, you can consult customer service to select the appropriate size to avoid unnecessary returns and exchanges.
Shipment: Under normal circumstances, goods will be dispatched within 48 hours (except for pre-sale proceeds). Orders placed after 4 p.m. will generally be dispatched the next day. We do not ship on Sundays off.
Express delivery: Small items can be sent by express delivery. Our store's cooperative express delivery services include ZTO Express, Deppon Express, Huitong Express, China Post, and SF Express. If no specific request is made, the items will be sent randomly. For large items sent by logistics, the cooperative logistics companies include Deppon, Qiancheng, Jinghong, Shunhua, Haida, etc. For logistics, the buyer needs to pick up the items themselves.
Signature for Receipt: Please check for any damage or shortage of goods upon receipt before signing for it. Check for any defective or quality issues within 48 hours. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
Quality issue description: Our products undergo strict quality inspection. The defect rate is within the normal range of less than 2%. Therefore, minor defects are not eligible for return or exchange. Slight loose threads, loose ends (if you find loose ends, don't cut them with scissors; just pick them inside with a needle), a little dirt (can be washed off), dark color with dust, a slight smell (can be removed by washing), color fading during washing, fabric not as good as expected, small balls at the starting point, etc., are not considered quality issues!
Return and Exchange: Our store specializes in wholesale. Socks sold through wholesale are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are not confident, we suggest you take a sample first and then purchase in bulk if you are satisfied. If you want to claim compensation after buying a small amount of goods, please think twice. The profit and risks involved in wholesale and retail are different. The profit from wholesale is extremely low. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
For items participating in the seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy, the return requirements are that they have not been worn or washed, the packaging and labels are intact, and they do not affect secondary sales. When returning goods, make sure to write all the details including the want want name, order number and reason for the return. For quality issues (excluding damage caused by human factors), our store will cover the round-trip shipping costs. If it is not a quality issue, the buyer will bear the shipping costs. Our store does not accept high-priced express delivery services such as surface mail, cash on delivery, or SF Express. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
