2. Regarding the issue of damage during transportation, our store's warehouse is staffed with experienced personnel who have been responsible for packaging and distribution for a long time. They will do their best to package you well. However, in the current logistics and transportation industry, there are inevitably some rough handling behaviors. Even if the packaging is excellent, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no damage at all.

     For the goods transported by car: Due to its own practical factors, sometimes a shipment of goods may suffer damage within 3% to 5%, which is within the normal range of wear and tear. Please bear it yourself. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters) or unexpected accidents (such as car accidents) resulting in extensive damage, please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car transportation company. Both the buyer and the seller shall bear the responsibility together, and our store shall assume the corresponding part of the seller's responsibility. All other damages under normal circumstances shall be the responsibility of the car transportation department.

     Goods for express delivery

                When receiving the goods, please check: whether the outer packaging is intact and undamaged, and whether the goods inside are damaged! If the Courier does not cooperate with the inspection, you can file a complaint with the corresponding Courier company. Items that are fragile should be disassembled on the spot for inspection to see if there is any damage! If so, please refuse the visa! Please take photos on the spot for record as evidence when claiming compensation from the express delivery company or logistics enterprise. By signing, you agree that the goods in the box are intact! Regarding after-sales service: For the goods sold in our store, if the buyer finds any wrong or missed delivery on the day of receiving the goods, please contact our store promptly on the same day of receipt to negotiate the relevant matters. Our store will not be held responsible for any delay beyond three days! For large customers with large purchase volumes, in the case of the first cooperation: If you are not sure whether the quality of the goods meets the requirements, you can negotiate to send samples.
