2. If you send us the products that need to be returned for repair, please fill in the information correctly (detailing the name, address, phone number of the contact person and the problem with the product). We will return the products to you according to the contact address you provided.

3. The return repair fee will be shared equally. Cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange issue

Different products all have corresponding warranty periods (generally ranging from 3 months to 1 year). During the warranty period, if quality problems occur and are not caused by human damage, new ones can be replaced (depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance). 10. Warranty and After-sales Service (Five-Star)
If any quality problem occurs within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased in our store, please contact the store owner in time. Our store can replace the product with a brand new one free of round-trip shipping fees for the buyer. If any quality problem occurs within 3 months, each buyer shall bear their own shipping fees. After 3 months, the buyer shall bear the round-trip warranty shipping fees themselves.
