1. Regarding trademarks, shipping marks, and water-washed labels

We offer direct supply from the source, with higher cost performance, guaranteed quality and more considerate service. The larger the quantity, the better the price. Considering that most customers have their own brands, we do not mark the goods uniformly. If you need us to mark them, please inform us in advance. 2. Regarding size

Due to different manual measurement methods, knitted fabrics have a certain degree of elasticity. An error of 2 to 4cm is within the normal range. The data is for reference only. The actual product shall prevail. Those who are concerned should purchase with caution!

3. Regarding color

All the products in our store are photographed in real life. The colors have been professionally calibrated and are as close as possible to the tiled pictures of the real objects. There may be slight differences due to the color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors. Those who mind should be cautious when shooting!

4. Regarding after-sales service

All products in our store do not support 7-day no-reason return or exchange. Retail customers are not eligible for returns. We offer a 7-day exchange service, support for exchanging the same style in other colors, and the round-trip shipping cost is at the buyer's own expense. Wholesale orders start from 5 pieces. Wholesale does not support 7-day exchange for returns. One-third of the order quantity can be exchanged for other styles or colors of the same price. (Products taken off the shelves are not eligible for returns or exchanges.) And each order can only be exchanged once. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed. If the customer receives goods with quality issues. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods for registration and processing, and provide clear photos of the problem! After the goods are verified to have quality issues upon receipt, our store will bear the shipping cost for the exchange. The postage will be borne according to the standard shipping fee template of the store. For other issues, the shipping fee for exchange will be borne by the buyer!

5. Regarding shipment

The goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment. If they are out of stock, we will make up for them as soon as possible. For individual items that are out of stock due to inventory reasons, we will leave a message or contact you by phone in a timely manner to explain the situation. By default, Yunda Express is used. If you need to place an order with another Courier service, please contact customer service. If necessary, you will need to pay the price difference. During the event period, free shipping is available but designated Courier services are not supported.
