If you need to print a LOGO, please try to use vector graphics in AI or CDI format to ensure the quality of the graphics and the printing effect in the later stage.
2. Due to the special requirements of the advertising umbrella, after the effect drawing is completed, please carefully check whether the layout we send you is completely correct. If there are any incorrect parts, please contact customer service in time for correction. If no errors are found and corrected, our store will not be held responsible for any printing. Therefore, please carefully confirm the effect drawing and detail drawing to avoid any unpleasantness for both parties. Please understand!!

Unexpected situations that may occur during the transportation of products:
Umbrellas are fragile items and have special characteristics during shipping. Sometimes, internal damage may occur due to violent loading and unloading or packing during the express delivery process. Therefore, we kindly ask buyers to inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If there is any damage, please promptly claim compensation from the express company or contact the customer service staff. It is best to take photos or obtain a certificate from the express delivery person. If any damage is found after signing for the goods without inspection, the responsibility shall be borne by the signatory.
