If you expect the goods you purchase for 1 or 2 yuan to be of the same quality as those priced at 5 or 10 yuan, we cannot meet your expectations. Our store will not dare to offend you. 3. Regarding the issue of damage during transportation, our store has a physical wholesale store offline. Our warehouse is staffed with experienced personnel who are responsible for packaging and distribution for a long time. They will do their best to package you well. However, in the current logistics and transportation industry, there are inevitably some rough handling behaviors. Even if the packaging is excellent, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no damage at all.
For the goods transported by car: Due to its own practical factors, sometimes a shipment of goods may suffer damage within 3% to 5%, which is within the normal range of wear and tear. Please bear it yourself. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters) or unexpected accidents (such as car accidents) resulting in extensive damage, please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car transportation company. Both the buyer and the seller shall bear the responsibility together, and our store shall assume the corresponding part of the seller's responsibility. All other damages under normal circumstances shall be the responsibility of the car transportation department.
4. Regarding after-sales service: If the buyer finds that the goods do not meet the requirements, have been sent wrongly or missed on the day of receipt; Please contact our customer service on the same day to negotiate the relevant handling matters. Our store will not be responsible for any matters beyond three days! For customers with large purchase volumes, if you are not sure whether the product quality meets your requirements, our store can provide samples!
