After each customer places an order, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on your address and the weight of the product you purchased.
2. Currently, the company cooperates with YTO Express and Postal small packages. For Xinjiang and Xizang, only postal small packages are sent. For Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and Hainan, within 1 kilogram, YTO Express will be sent. For excess, a small postal package will be dispatched. For other regions, YTO Express is the default option. You can also note "Postal Service" in the remarks. In addition, the company also cooperates with several logistics companies. If the order amount of a customer exceeds 2,000 yuan, they can contact the customer service for logistics matters.
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours. In special circumstances, such as seasonal congestion or warehouse out-of-stock situations, the delivery time may be appropriately extended. We appreciate your understanding. When receiving the express delivery, please verify before signing for it whether there are any issues such as damaged goods or lost items. If so, please contact us first.
Regarding cooperation, all the compression bag products are produced by the company itself, ensuring both quality and craftsmanship.
1. Brand distribution: You can directly purchase goods from the store. The selling price and profit are controlled by the distributor themselves.
2. Distribution and dropshipping: Our store supports one-piece dropshipping. Distributors need to fill in customer information, select the products to purchase, place an order and make the payment. Our company's ERP system will automatically capture and ship the goods. The prices and shipping fees are set by default.
3. Customized OEM: We can customize exclusive products for customers based on their needs. However, there is a minimum order quantity, which is at least 10,000 compressed bags or more.

Regarding after-sales service.
The defective rate of compression bag production is five per ten thousand, which means that in every 10,000 compression bags, there may be five defective products. When it reaches the customer, it will be higher than this value because there will be damage during the express delivery process. The total defect rate when the customer receives it will not exceed 15 per ten thousand.
2. If the compressed bag received by the customer is damaged; Quality issue: Air leakage; If there are any lost or missing items, please contact customer service in a timely manner to solve the problem. The main handling methods are as follows: For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged area and send them to customer service, and they will arrange for a replacement. If there is a quality issue with air leakage, please cut off the zipper at will, take a photo and send it to the customer service. The customer service will arrange for a replacement. If there are any missing or missing items, please send the specific items to the customer service. The customer service will verify based on the shipping record and the express delivery record and then resend the items. Customers who do not need a replacement can also choose a refund. Due to issues with shooting lighting and different monitors, there may be color differences between the product images and the actual items. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy. If there are quality issues with the product, returns or exchanges are acceptable. If the goods are damaged by human factors and affect the second sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
3. If air leakage occurs during the use of the compression bag, please first check if there are any holes in the bag itself. If there are no holes, please reuse the compression bag in the following way. Please pay attention to several very common usage mistakes. If there are any problems, please follow the instructions below and use it several times. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer service
Unzip the zipper - put in the clothes - seal the zipper with the slider - air out.
(1) Do not remove the gasket of the air valve. Just draw the air directly! After installing clothes or bedding, keep them at least 3 centimeters away from the zipper opening and do not press them tightly against the zipper! Never stuff too many clothes in! When storing, make sure the zipper is flat! After the vacuuming is completed, please seal the zipper again!
When sealing the zipper, first pinch it with your hand to roughly close it. Then, use the slider to pull from both ends towards the middle and pinch it tightly with a little force. Do this several times. Finally, pinch it again with your hand to confirm that the zipper is closed and it is sure to be sealed well.
⑶ If there is a leakage, please open the zipper, wipe it with a clean cloth, then close it tightly. Press the gasket inside the valve with your finger and then close the lid. 99% of leakage problems are caused by zipper leakage, and zipper leakage is mainly due to poor sealing and opening too much. The leakage rate of the compression bag itself is extremely low.
After sealing it well, open the lid. First, press the bag slowly by hand to let the air come out through the air valve. Release most of the air first, then use the air pump. This way, it will be easier. After the air is pumped out, make sure to seal the zipper again!
