Q1: Hair loss problem?
The wig is woven stitch by stitch with a high cart. Most of the steps are done manually, so a small amount of the floating hair will fall off naturally. Please rest assured to use it, ladies. If your wig gets tangled, don't comb it hard. Otherwise, even the best wig will fall off.
Q2: How do you wash a wig?
Wigs generally don't get dirty easily and don't need to be washed frequently. If you wear them every day, wash them about once every half a month. If you don't wear them often, washing them once every half a year or more is fine. If you have curly hair, the water temperature should generally not exceed 40 degrees. Water above 40 degrees Celsius can easily straighten curly hair. When washing, add an appropriate amount of shampoo and conditioner, soak the wig in it, gently rub it, and be careful not to squeeze. Then rinse it clean with clear water, take it out, use a dry towel to absorb the water, and hang it in a well-ventilated place to air dry naturally. Only after it is dry can you comb it. If it is a little dry after washing, you can use some non-oily care liquid or elastin.
Q3: Does it make your head look big or doesn't fit firmly when worn?
If you wear it to make your head look big, it indicates that you haven't used the correct wearing method and technique. If you think it's not secure enough, you can check the adjustment buckle at the back of the head cover and adjust it according to your head circumference.
Q4: What should I do if my straight hair is a bit bent?
If straight hair is bent due to normal packaging or during storage, you can soak it in hot water at 60 to 70 degrees Celsius, gently press it with a dry towel to absorb some moisture, then comb it smooth and let it air dry naturally to restore its original shape
Q5: Can it be permed or dyed?
High-temperature silk wigs can be styled with an electric curling iron and straightening irons at a temperature below 120 degrees. The temperature should not be too high; usually a few dozen degrees is fine. Excessively high temperatures can cause damage to the hair strands.
Wigs can be dyed, but we do not recommend that you do so. Firstly, wigs do not have cuticles and cannot retain the color for a long time, so the color will fade quickly. Secondly, the dye paste stained the inner lining cannot be washed off, so dear friends, it's better not to try to dye the wig
Q6: Does it not match the model's presentation effect?
Some young ladies who wear wigs may feel that no matter how they wear them, they can never achieve the same effect as the models in the store. This point needs to be emphasized. Taking care of and wearing a wig requires a bit of skill. You can practice several times to find your own way of wearing and taking care of it. Each young lady has a different face shape, temperament, clothing, etc.
- Wigs are generally recommended to be washed once every 1 to 2 months, depending on the frequency with which the young lady wears them.
- Wash with cold or warm water. When washing, just use regular shampoo and you can combine it with regular conditioner.
- After washing the wig, try not to use a hair dryer or other high-temperature air to dry it. Use a dry towel to gently absorb the excess water on the wig and then place it in a well-ventilated area to avoid direct sunlight which may cause damage to the wig.
- Don't comb your wig immediately after washing it. Wait until it is dry before combing it.
- Use a special comb for wigs to comb (steel or iron combs are better). Do not use plastic combs!
- Curly hair basically doesn't require the use of a comb. Just tidy up the curled areas by hand after each use
- If a wig gets tangled after long-term use and is difficult to comb, do not pull it hard. Instead, spray it with a non-oily wig care liquid and then slowly and carefully untangle it.
- Be careful not to spray gel water, hair wax or other styling agents used for real hair on the wig, as this will make the wig sticky.
- It is essential to use a non-oily skin care liquid specifically designed for wigs. The application method is also very simple: just spray it gently on the wig a few times before putting it on. It can make the wig soft, shiny and prevent static electricity, keeping the wig moist all the time just like when it was first bought!
- Wigs can be tied up, but they should not be tied too high, otherwise your real hair will come out from below.
- When combing a longer wig, divide the excitation into several sections and comb from bottom to top. Be sure to do it gently and patiently.
- It is a normal phenomenon to have a small amount of hair loss during the process of grooming and wearing.
- When not in use, it is kept in its original packaging. When you need to wear it, just take it out and shake it, and it will return to its original state.
