【 Ordering Instructions 】

1. Minimum order quantity for each product: The minimum order quantity for each product is 500 units (2 cases for those in stock). If the customer's required quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will increase slightly. Please communicate with the salesperson for specific details.

2. Product Quotation: Customers can first visit our Alibaba website to view the reference prices and detailed information of the products they are interested in, and then contact the salesperson for a quotation based on their needs. If it is the customer's own style, it would be best if they could provide a physical sample so that we can calculate the accurate price. Looking at the picture can only estimate the approximate price. The final price shall be subject to the sample price confirmed by signing the contract on the spot with our factory. General quotations do not include tax: If a formal 17% value-added tax invoice is required, an additional 10% must be added to the tax-exclusive price.

3. Product Sampling: All styles of luggage can be sampled according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected based on the customer's requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Generally, fabrics of regular colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk orders. Sampling time: 3 to 7 days. Sampling fee: 100 to 500 yuan is charged based on the complexity of the product and will be refunded after placing the order. The cost of the LOGO production board is charged separately: 100 yuan is charged for each color of LOGO silk-screen printing and laser, and 200 yuan is charged for opening the mold of the plastic LOGO.

4. Order Contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract. The original contract shall come into effect upon its signing and the official seals of both parties.

5. Production time: It depends on the quantity and complexity of the products. Generally, for products within 10,000 units, the normal production process follows: material preparation (5-15 days) - > cutting (1-3 days) - > production on line (500-1,000 units per day) - > full inspection (1-2 days) - packaging (1 day).

Total: 30-35 days

6. Packaging method: Each product is packed in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags), with 30 to 100 pieces per box (conventional double-sided kraft paper). It can also be packaged in color boxes as per the customer's specified requirements.

7. Mode of transportation: We can handle consignment on your behalf. The freight will be as stipulated in the contract. Our factory can send vehicles to deliver goods to your door within Zhangzhou City. Customers from other regions can choose: A. Road transportation (We have long-term cooperative direct logistics companies with dedicated lines, or we can use logistics companies such as Shenghui and Deppon, and can specify door-to-door delivery). B. Air transportation (suitable for customers with extremely tight schedules, as it is relatively expensive due to its fast delivery time).

8. Payment Method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. Before delivery, you can come to our factory for inspection. After the inspection is qualified, the remaining 70% balance should be paid in full before arranging for shipment.
