When the customer receives the goods, they should open the package in front of the delivery person for inspection. If any quality issues are found, please raise them within seven days of receiving the goods and the after-sales customer service will register it. Products beyond this period will not be returned or exchanged.

2. Exchange process: The customer requests the delivery person to return the goods in person and then contacts us. We will re-ship the goods for you within one working day, and the arrival time of the goods will be extended accordingly.

3. For products not with quality issues, we only accept exchanges and do not accept returns. The exchange period is 15 days. The products to be exchanged must have intact packaging. The returned products must still be on sale on our website. Products that have been taken off the shelves and are no longer for sale on our website will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. 4. For wholesale or self-pickup customers who take the goods back and then ship them out, if there are quality issues upon receipt, we will not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We will only handle the round-trip shipping costs for returning the goods from your receiving point to our company for exchanges.

4. If we find that the returned item was caused by human factors after receiving it, we will not process it.

The pattern and color of the socks are not fixed by the factory for each batch. They are not limited to the pictures taken and cannot be selected. Batch distribution is the main method, and the patterns are randomly mixed with colors. Note: Random shipping is not because we pick unattractive patterns for you to ship, but to reduce the workload of our customer service. We guarantee the quality of each pair of socks. The quantity is limited, and the inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For large orders, please contact the customer to see if the inventory is sufficient.
