I. Company Commitment
We are responsible for the information directly released by our company. If there is any inconsistency between words and deeds and it directly causes losses to merchants, this website shall bear the responsibility.
All product images are real photos of the actual items. The descriptions of each product are as accurate as possible. Merchants can purchase with confidence. If any serious errors occur due to the negligence of this website, we will correct them in a timely manner. If any losses are caused to the members, our company will make reasonable compensation.
We strictly control the quality of our products. If there are any quality issues, our company will offer unconditional returns and repairs.
Note: Our company is only responsible for the currently confirmed immediate orders. As information often needs to be updated, if there are any changes after a member places an order, we will notify them promptly. It is up to the member to decide whether to cancel the order.

Ii. Other Agreements
In the event that any agreement reached by both parties through other means of contact conflicts with these terms, the terms agreed upon by both parties shall prevail.
Defective product exchange: Within 3 to 7 days after receiving the goods, if members find that the products are indeed of poor quality. Please contact our company first before making an exchange. Our company will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Company maintenance or repair: The company will charge relevant fees separately based on the actual situation. If the product quality issue is caused by the company's reasons, the company will be unconditionally responsible to the end

For large custom orders, before production, merchants need to prepay 20-50% of the start-up capital based on the quantity of customization
