7-day no-reason return and exchange: The company guarantees a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy, ensuring that the returned item has never been used. And it does not affect secondary sales or the assumption of transportation risks. We need to bear the round-trip freight charges, and the packaging boxes returned due to the long journey are all unusable. Each packaging fee of 20 yuan needs to be deducted.

2. Damage issue: If the damage is caused during transportation, please provide pictures of the damage and the company will resend the damaged item for free.

3. Warranty Service: Three-year warranty for lamps: From the date of purchase, electrical malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions can be covered by a three-year free warranty and lifetime cost repair service (excluding light sources, remote controls, ballasts, and drivers). The scope of the warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts. For quality issues within 45 days, free shipping is available for replacement. After 45 days, the customer needs to subsidize the shipping cost for replacement, and the cost of accessories will be determined based on the extent of the damage. The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service: 1 Damage caused by improper use or installation of the power supply;

2. Damage caused by incorrect use or improper repair or modification;

3. Damage caused by incorrect or negligent use of inappropriate accessories;

4. Damage caused by other accidents.
