2. Confirm the intention to cooperate.
3. Provide samples, quantities, construction periods, specifications, materials, filling and other process requirements for the products to be processed. Meanwhile, we have calculated the preliminary price range.
4. The customer provides physical samples (two physical samples are required, one for plate making and the other for plate revision).
5. The factory also charges for pattern-making. Physical sample pattern making costs 200 yuan per order, and drawing pattern making costs 500 yuan per order. After the order is confirmed, the sample fee will be refunded or used as the payment.
6. The factory will produce two small samples and provide the exact unit price and construction period of the products. (Note: The processing time for small samples is generally 2 to 3 working days, and the processing time for small samples based on drawings is 3 to 5 working days.
7. The customer provides modification suggestions and plans, and the factory modifies the small samples as required.
9. Sign the delivery contract. For regular products, a 30% advance payment of the total purchase price will be charged, and for special products, a 50% advance payment will be charged.
10. The factory arranges processing and production.
11. For the goods from Jiaotong University, the customer shall inspect them according to the standards and settle the remaining balance.
12. After the order is completed, please keep in touch and hope for a long-term cooperation.



Regarding freight charges and shipping:

Orders under 1,500 yuan will be sent by express delivery

Orders over 1,000 yuan can be sent by express delivery or logistics. If you choose logistics, the freight will be collected on delivery. It will take about a week for the goods to arrive after shipment. Logistics will not deliver to your door. Please pick up the goods at the freight station (if the location is remote, you may need to pick them up in the city center). If you need logistics, please contact customer service to modify the freight after placing the order and then make the payment.
