If you purchase any product from our company and encounter any quality issues or shortage, please contact us promptly. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible and give you a satisfactory response
If you find any functional failure or quality issues within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Once verified, any false reports will be ignored and complaints will be lodged.
2. Considering that it is impossible for customers to inspect each product one by one after receiving the goods, we allow that if any quality issues are found within 7 days of receiving the goods, we can handle the exchange or return for you.
3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for the color or style of the product, but we may not be able to fulfill them 100%. If the color or style does not match, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. (Customers can indicate that if the goods cannot be delivered as required, they will be treated as out of stock.)
4. If the buyer claims that the product is not satisfactory or unsalable but actually has no quality issues, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
5. When the customer receives the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, they need to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with the official seal and provide this certificate to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the goods caused by logistics.
6. All customers are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories or relevant materials. If there are any quality issues with the products themselves, we will exchange them within the specified time. (The shipping cost for individual exchanges shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to make up for the exchange in the next order.)
7. If the returned product has incomplete packaging, incomplete accessories or relevant information; Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used or stored in the normal way; Beyond the product warranty period; We will not be responsible for returns or exchanges if the returned products are labeled falsely or counterfeited.
8. When customers return products due to quality issues, please use regular express delivery to return them to our company. The freight will be paid by the customer in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will subsidize the freight and the actual cost of the goods according to the express delivery list.
