2. Regarding the size: Our store's products are shot in real life. Due to the different distances of the lenses, they appear to vary in size. Please make sure to check the size carefully and do not measure the size of the product based on your imagination

3. It's normal for there to be color differences due to issues with the display and shooting Angle. If you are very concerned about the color, please contact the store first before shooting the product!

4. Domestic sales purchasers must pay attention to the following: Products containing heat transfer and hot stamping processes of decorative paper and film, such as patterns on the bottom of washbasins, the top of lunch boxes, the periphery of trash cans, and the outer circle of cups, etc. Due to market demand and other reasons, there may be situations that do not match the pictures. We will not notify you separately. This change will only affect the pattern and will not impact the product's shape, quality or price.

Ii. Sample Description

Only when the specific ordering intention (including product model, required quantity, and printing requirements) is clear can our company provide samples.

2. Anyone who requests samples from our company, regardless of the size or quantity of the products, must pay a sample deposit.

After the formal contract is signed, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products or directly refunded to you.

Upon receipt of the relevant payment, our company will immediately arrange for the shipment of product samples.

5. The express delivery fee for sending samples shall be borne by the buyer. The express company will collect it on the spot when the samples are delivered to the door.

 Iii. Customization Instructions

1. Regarding sampling:

The sample-made products can only be produced after a formal contract is signed and a deposit is paid. A sample-making fee will be charged as appropriate. After a formal order is placed and the quantity reaches a certain level, the sample-making fee will be refunded. The time spent on sample making is not included in the production period.

2. Regarding the LOGO description:

Please provide a complete and clear electronic draft, along with the Pantone color card number

② The format of the draft document is CDR AI PSD, and the text is converted to curves

It is recommended to use 1 to 2 colors for silk-screen printing of logos

Iv. Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances, we have stock available for both wholesalers and supermarket merchants. We can ship the goods on the same day the payment is received. For foreign trade orders and gift orders, the production time will be arranged specifically according to the specific requirements and quantities of the customers. Here we would like to remind you that the time spent on transportation is an uncertain factor, especially when shipping over long distances. Please allow sufficient time.

 V. Regarding Packaging:

The products you ordered belong to the household goods category, and most of them are packaged in standard cartons. The inner packaging of the product is generally an OPP bag for each individual product. Logistics is based on the size of the container volume. Since the product is relatively light, volume is generally used as the calculation standard. The specific charges can be inquired about by our company regarding the logistics and transportation costs.

 Vi. Regarding transportation?

1) Logistics is usually collect on delivery. If you need us to pick you up, please contact customer service to ask for the address so that you can find the actual freight.

2) When the goods arrive, the buyer usually needs to pick them up at the local freight point. If you need door-to-door delivery, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee. For details, please contact the seller for consultation

3) The shipping time varies depending on the distance. Please consult the store according to the specific location. In addition, as we have no control over the logistics company, the goods may be delayed occasionally due to factors such as weather and road conditions. We sincerely ask for the buyer's understanding.

Vii. Regarding the signature for receipt?

Before shipment, all products are repeatedly counted by hand and machine to ensure the quantity is correct before being sent out. However, during transportation, the quantity still decreases or gets damaged from time to time! When receiving the goods, please carefully check the outer packaging. If the outer packaging is incomplete, please count the goods on the spot before signing for them. If you find any missing items, please contact the logistics immediately and get in touch with our customer service at the same time!

Viii. Regarding After-sales Service:

Plastic products are low-value-added, low-priced and consumable items. Therefore, once sold, we do not accept returns due to quality issues. Our factory also does not provide unconditional return services (if otherwise stipulated in the foreign trade order and gift order contract, the actual contract shall prevail).

Plastic products are fragile and it is inevitable that they will be damaged during transportation. We will bear 60% of the cost.

We do not support returns or refunds caused by customers who have detailed dimensions indicated on the product but guess the size of the product based on their imagination

 Ix. Confirmation Instructions:

Due to the large amount of wholesale transactions, please confirm the receipt of the goods and give a positive review in the system within 3 days after receiving them and confirming that there are no issues.
