To enhance the safety factor during transportation, at least 2 pieces or more are required for shipment. Before shipment, a grid wooden box must be nailed. The cost of the wooden frame or wooden box shall be borne by the buyer. For the exact cost, please communicate with the customer service
During the transportation of large items, it is inevitable to encounter some bumps. There may be marks on the back, but this does not affect the use of the front. After installation, it does not affect the appearance. If you mind, please do not take pictures
Special attention!! The blackboard must not be lifted or transported flat during the process from logistics. It must be placed upright!! Two people also need to stand upright in the middle to take it out from the wooden box!

Dear customer, due to transportation reasons, the blackboard will be shipped at least two pieces for all goods. Online shipping is one day later than actual shipping. Before shipping the blackboard, a grid wooden box needs to be nailed. The wooden box needs to be purchased by the buyer themselves. The blackboard is sent by logistics and needs to be picked up by the buyer upon arrival because it exceeds the maximum size limit of the express delivery!! All large boards are sent by logistics freight (logistics means you need to pick up the goods at the local logistics point yourself). The freight is paid on delivery, not free shipping. Purchase Instructions
The minimum shipment quantity for large blackboards is 2 pieces. Please do not place orders alone. For the delivery of blackboards, a wooden box must be ordered. The cost of the wooden box varies depending on the size of the blackboard. Please negotiate the price with the customer service before placing an order. If you place an order directly and make the payment, it will not be dispatched. The price of the blackboard does not include shipping, packaging and shipping fees.
The shipping fee is collect on delivery and you need to pick it up yourself. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, we can deliver it to your door. (Except for Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, we can deliver to counties and cities in other areas, not to towns. Do not place an order if you cannot pick it up yourself.)
Logistics updates do not display any information. Don't worry if you see no updates. Unlike express delivery, logistics is delivered directly by large vehicles. They will call you or send you a text message to notify you upon arrival.
Once the goods are dispatched, the buyer cannot use any excuses such as inconvenience in picking up the goods, high shipping cost or long logistics distance to return them.
