Please note that our store is neither a Tmall store nor a Taobao retail store, and we have no obligation to return or exchange goods within 7 days without reason! We refuse reasonable requests for returns and exchanges. Doing business for adults is not like playing house for children. We kindly ask the few buyers to respect themselves. 3. I don't like red. Why did they send me red products and demand compensation for mental distress? Or they would return the goods and ask me to bear the round-trip shipping costs. Otherwise, they would file a complaint and give a bad review.

Second, for mid-to-low-end products, we reject medium and negative reviews. Please assess the cost performance of the product before wholesale. Iii. Regarding Transportation and Distribution. Wholesale mainly relies on logistics and freight transportation, with goods dispatched from Yiwu, which has a well-developed logistics system. We do not collect freight charges on your behalf. You need to pick up the goods at the freight station yourself and pay the freight charges to the freight station. After placing an order for the product, please contact us to modify the shipping fee to 0. The default shipping fee for shopping is the express delivery fee. There may be differences in some regions. Please contact customer service to confirm the shipping fee before making the payment. All wholesale goods are not delivered with free shipping. Iv. Return and Exchange Policy

Regarding the issue of damage during transportation:
For goods sent by express delivery: When receiving the goods, please check whether the outer packaging is intact and whether the goods inside are damaged! For the goods transported by car: Due to its own practical factors, sometimes a shipment of goods may suffer damage within 3% to 5%, which is within the normal range of wear and tear. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters) or unexpected accidents (such as car accidents) resulting in extensive damage, please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car transportation company. Both the buyer and the seller shall bear the responsibility together, and our store shall assume the corresponding part of the seller's responsibility. All other damages under normal circumstances shall be the responsibility of the car transportation department.
V. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances
1. The returned products have incomplete packaging, and the accessories or relevant materials are not complete. Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used or stored in the normal way; Beyond the product's shelf life; Returned products that have been labeled and falsely labeled. Goods that can no longer be sold as commodities.
If the customer returns the goods by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the company will refuse to accept them.
3. All returned packages must be returned under the real name (i.e., by filling in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is mailed, please communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return package should include the return list for the convenience of the staff to check. 4. Returns made directly without communicating with the customer service before the return will not be accepted.
5. Returns or exchanges based on subjective reasons will not be accepted if there are no actual quality issues. The transportation cost for returns shall be borne by the individual. In case of damage, compensation will be made at the original price.
