1. Price: Due to individual differences in the leather, craftsmanship, inner core and other styles of each item, as well as the quantity of customization, the selling price may vary. For specific details, please contact our business personnel.

2. Sample making: If a customer orders a notebook and needs to make a new sample, but this sample is not available in our existing sample library, a sample making fee must be paid. Once the sample is completed, it will be dispatched to the customer for inspection. The sample production fee for later orders can be partially used as payment depending on the complexity of the customization.

3. Delivery time: Our general delivery time is 5 to 7 days. During the peak season in the second half of the year, it may be a little longer. For urgent or special orders, please negotiate separately.
