Customized printing (logo)
I. Publication
1. If there is a design draft: generally ai/pdf/cdr vector files, please send it to our customer service. Our customer service will arrange for a designer to layout according to the file. Send it back to you for confirmation. Once you confirm there are no issues, the version can be released.
2. With actual samples: Please send us the actual samples in person, and we will directly publish and produce the goods according to the actual samples. Dear friends who need to confirm the quality. We can make a sample and send it back to you for confirmation.
3. What to do if there is no actual sample or design draft: Please don't worry, dear customer.
You can contact our customer service. Just tell us the content of the logo, the width, font, spacing and other basic requirements of the ribbon, and we will arrange it accordingly
The designer will create an effect drawing for you and arrange a version for your confirmation. If you confirm there are no issues, it can be published.
Ii. Sample Making
What should I do if I'm worried about the poor printing effect after confirming the width of the backing tape, the color of the backing tape, the printing color and the plate?
Don't worry, dear customer. We can provide samples. After making the sample, we will send it to you for confirmation or take photos for you to confirm. Once you confirm there are no issues, you can proceed with the shipment.
Iii. Place an order for customization
After confirming the version or sample, you can prepare the contract, have it stamped and signed by yourself, and then send it to our company for signature and stamping before returning it to you. If the amount is small, no contract is required

The payment should be made by bank transfer. For custom-made products, the deposit should be at least 50% of the purchase price (the balance should be paid before shipment, and for some custom-made products, the full payment is required). An installation will be made after the deposit is received
