I. Regarding damaged or missing goods: When receiving the goods, please count the quantity on the spot with the transportation company staff. If there is any shortage, please refuse to sign. We will contact the shipping company for compensation and make up for your missing part. For bulk commodities, please inform us of your missing quantity within 24 hours after signing for the goods, and we will cooperate with you to verify the quantity. If you do not inform us within 24 hours of signing for the package, it will be regarded as the correct quantity. In addition, due to the extremely large daily shipment volume, each individual item may be sold out at any time. If there is a shortage of goods due to insufficient inventory, we will refund it to you or send it together with your next order, but will not make up for it separately. Damage: If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the Courier sign to confirm and check if there are any missing items. If you talk about it later, you will be responsible for it yourself.
Ii. Regarding the defect rate and product quality: All street vendors have a defect rate. The overall defect rate is around 4%, and 4% is within the scope of exemption. We will send them by regular mail or ordinary logistics. We do not accept cash on delivery by express. Please include a return list in the return items! Iii. Regarding Returns and Exchanges: For normal returns and exchanges, please contact us within seven days and ensure that the returned or exchanged goods do not affect secondary sales. If the goods are sent back and affect secondary sales, we will refuse to sign and take photos, and return them to the sender. The shipping cost within seven days is at your own expense and will not be discounted. For goods over seven days, negotiation is required. If we agree to the return or exchange, all goods will be returned at a 30% discount.
