1: Regarding the minimum batch size, is mixed batch supported? Is there any limit on the amount? How is the freight calculated?

 

All products can be produced in the minimum quantity specified above, with no limit on the amount! Support mixed batch! Support Alipay transactions! For each product, we have clearly stated the weight. When placing an order, the shipping fee system will automatically calculate it, and there may be a slight error. If you have any questions, please contact customer service in a timely manner.

 

2: Are all the goods sent randomly when they are dispatched? Can I choose the style?

 

 

Regarding the style and color issues, by default, we will send mixed styles when shipping. If you have any special requirements, please note the style or color and we will try our best to match it according to your requirements. However, it is inevitable that some may be missing. We hope you can be understanding. We will try our best to match what you wrote. If the color or style is missing, we will send it to you immediately. Please understand! When taking pictures together, there is a column where you can make remarks.

 

3: How should the issue of out-of-stock be handled?

 

Due to our large inventory volume, there may be some inaccurate inventory data for various reasons. When submitting the order, please confirm and negotiate with our customer service staff in advance. 3. If you place an order and make the payment directly and the amount of the order being out of stock is less than 10%, we will ship the goods directly. If the proportion is higher than this, we will promptly negotiate with you on the handling method. 4. If you place an order and make the payment directly, we will notify you in case of out-of-stock situations. You can either order a new one or get a refund directly. It's up to you to decide how to handle it. The newly customized products will be delayed in delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

 

4: Regarding after-sales service

 

 

After you receive the goods, you should inspect them immediately. If you find any quality issues with the products, please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. The problem products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly stick or write on the original factory outer box of the product). For products with quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost for their return. The refund will be credited to your prepaid account.

 

 

5: How long will it take to arrive approximately?

 

It usually takes 1-2 days to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, 2-3 days in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing and Tianjin, 3-5 days in other regions, 4-7 days in remote areas, and 3-7 days for logistics outside the province!

 

6: When will you ship the goods?

 

 

Under normal circumstances, for items ordered and paid for before 16:00 from Monday to Saturday, we will dispatch them on the same day or the next day. For items ordered and paid for after 16:00, they will be dispatched the next day or the day after (we do not ship on Sundays. For items ordered and paid for on Sundays, we will uniformly dispatch them on Monday).

 

2. For customized orders, the factory needs time for sample production. The delivery time is within 7 to 10 days. Please wait patiently.
